This week marks a full year since we returned from Mt. Everest. My wife Dee Anne and I read through our dairy about what we were doing and also where were we trekking a year ago on this date. Well, we were arriving at our hotel in Kathmandu, Nepal. As we carried our luggage to the fourth floor, we could not believe how out of breath we were. I remember saying to myself, if this is what I am feeling today; what will it be like on the mountain?
